I have just discovered this auction house and I believe it is quite a new business, I'd like to say, this is how all auction houses should be run. Tobys customer service is exemplary and he replies to any queries super fast and with a degree of politeness you don't often find these days, not that you need to ask many questions because his descriptions of items are brilliant, he points out any damage or restoration AND puts photos of this so you are totally clear what you are buying and have no need to ask for a condition report. I had the items posted to me and I have never seen such care taken in packaging items, all arrived safely
