Leighton Hall Auctions
Situated just outside the market town of Stone in Staffordshire, Leighton Hall Auctions hold Specialist and General Antique and Collectables auctions consisting of Pottery, Jewellery, Gold, Silver and Furniture along with general antiques and household effects.
Auction Days
General Sales
Our auctions are held on the 3rd Saturday of each month and are currently held Online-Only with a live broadcast of the auction available on our website on sale day.
General sales consist of pottery, jewellery, furniture, taxidermy and country house interest.
Specialist Sales
Throughout the year we have several specialist sales of jewellery, toys and fine art.
Valuations
Valuation Days:
Throughout the year, we hold a Valuation Day every Tuesday at our saleroom in Stone between 10am and 4pm. Please ensure that you have booked an appointment to come and see us for complimentary auction valuations and advice. Probate:
We often carry out Probate Valuations and we can appraise antiques to include pottery, gold, silver, jewellery, furniture, militaria, clocks, enamel signs, paintings and anything else appropriate to our specialists.
About the Auction:
Catalogues:
A fully illustrated catalogue will be available on our website, the-saleroom and EasyLive Auctions 2 weeks before the auction along with a description and a condition report.
Please don't hesitate to contact us for any further enquiries or information on lots in the sale.
How to bid:
Currently, all of our auctions are Online-Only. Sadly, this means we aren't allowed people into our Saleroom during the auction under any circumstances.
We accept absentee or telephone bids which can be given to us in writing or over the phone. For this service, we will send you a confirmation email shortly after receiving your bids - please ensure you check this confirmation email thoroughly. Bids are taken through our website, the-saleroom, EasyLive Auctions and directly through our website.
Absentee Bids:
You can also Request a Telephone Bid or leave absentee bids with us to execute on your behalf at no extra cost! If you request a telephone bid, one of our members of staff shall ring you whilst the lot is being sold. Please note, telephone bids are available on a first come, first serve basis. Depending on your location, we may not be able to offer international telephone bids. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Collecting Items:
Collections of purchases and the delivery of consignments must be pre-arranged to ensure we can cater for your needs efficiently to avoid any long waits for your items. Please note, we are closed for collections on sale days.
