A scarce late c19th Steer & Webster of Sheffield bone handle flat cap pruner or pruning knife c1890
the condition is good, untouched and uncleaned for restoration with solid blade with no movement or wobble, with firm closure half stop but no audible snap. Bone handle to one side is lifting around the rivet and a piece is missing.
