A Wellendorff 18ct spun gold necklace of four interwoven spun strands, of silken form, complete with original receipt dated 20th December 1997, from Boodle and Dunthorne Ltd, Manchester, marked for Wellendorff and Boodle and Dunthorne to the clasp, length 42cm, 46.1g, with original pouch. Wellendorff are renowned for their gold spun pieces, inspired by fairy tales, and renowned to be as soft as silk next to the skin. Condition: In very good condition with little sign of wear. Clasp good and tight. Sits elegantly at the nape of the neck.
